Intellectual property

The structure of this site, its texts, visual identity and code are the property of 4Kaptured and are protected under French intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

The films and photographs shown in the portfolio were produced by 4Kaptured on commission. Exploitation rights for each project are defined contractually with the client concerned; their presence on this site constitutes a presentation of references, not a transfer of rights.

The trademarks, logos and trade names of the clients mentioned belong to their respective owners and are reproduced solely as commercial references. Any removal request may be sent to the publisher, who will act on it promptly.

Personal data

Data controller: the publisher identified above.

Data collected: the quote request form collects your name, email address, telephone number, project type, intended budget and the content of your message.

In addition, your IP address and browser identifier are recorded automatically. They serve only to prevent automated abuse: without that safeguard, a script could bury genuine enquiries. They are used for no other purpose.

Purpose, to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a quote. Your data is never used for unsolicited marketing.

Legal basis: the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR) for the information you enter; our legitimate interest in protecting the form (Article 6.1.f) for the technical data.

Where your data is held: your enquiry is stored in this site's database, hosted with our hosting provider, and a notification is emailed to the agency. It is never sold, rented or disclosed to a third party for commercial purposes.

Retention: three years from our last exchange, in line with the French data protection authority's guidance on prospect data, after which it is deleted.

Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to the publisher's email address; you will receive a reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75334 Paris Cedex 07: cnil.fr).

Cookies and analytics

This site sets one audience-measurement cookie, and only after your explicit consent. Until you accept, no file is written to your device and no request is sent to any third-party service: the measurement script is not even loaded.

Tool: Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred outside the European Union under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Purpose: measuring traffic (pages viewed, referral source, device type) to improve the site. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled and IP addresses are anonymised: this data is not used to profile you commercially.

Retention: the cookie is kept for 13 months at most. Your choice, acceptance or refusal, is remembered for six months, after which you are asked again.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Declining has no consequence: the site works identically.

A second, session cookie is used solely to authenticate the site administrator. It does not concern visitors and is not subject to consent. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: displaying them triggers no third-party request.

The films shown on this site are hosted by YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). Two points, for the sake of accuracy:

• Video thumbnails are loaded from Google's servers when a page displaying them opens. Your IP address is therefore sent to Google, though no cookie is set at that stage.
• The video player itself, and the cookies Google associates with it, are loaded only once you start playback. Until you click, no YouTube tracker is activated.

These operations fall under Google's privacy policy, over which 4Kaptured has no control.

This site contains links to sites published by third parties, in particular our clients' websites and our social media profiles. Their content is not the responsibility of 4Kaptured, which exercises no control over them.

Applicable law

These legal notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
