That is exactly what a good video does: it gives the sense of being there, it shows the morning light in the living room, the view from the terrace, how quiet the street is. Where ten photos leave people cold, an eighty-second film triggers the viewing.

The 3D scan is captured during the same visit as the shoot. Buyers walk the property at their own pace, measure a room, come back to a detail, then arrive at the viewing already convinced. Interactive tags let you state what an image cannot: the age of the boiler, the energy rating, an easement.
Frequently asked questions about real estate
How long does a shoot take?
Allow two to three hours on site for an apartment or a house, half a day for an exceptional property or a new development. The drone adds around thirty minutes.
Is the drone allowed everywhere?
No, and this matters: some areas of Luxembourg and the surroundings of airports are restricted. We check feasibility before the shoot and fly with a certified pilot and current insurance. If a flight is not possible, we say so upfront.
Does the property need preparing?
Yes, and it changes everything: tidied rooms, clear surfaces, shutters open, lights on. We send a short checklist in advance. A well-prepared property gains a great deal on camera.
Do you offer 3D virtual tours?
Yes, in Matterport 8K. The full scan is captured during the same visit as the photography and filming. You receive a link to embed in your listing, with the Dollhouse view that shows the layout in volume, interactive tags to document what cannot be seen, and hosting included. HD stills can also be pulled from the model without returning to site.
Does a virtual tour replace the video?
No, they do different jobs. A virtual tour lets buyers explore freely and check things: it reassures, and it filters out pointless viewings. The video tells a story and creates desire in eighty seconds. On an exclusive mandate, both together work best; on a straightforward property, start with photos and the virtual tour.
Do you work with agencies at volume?
Yes. For agencies with regular listings we offer per-property packages with reduced rates and a scope agreed upfront, set together around your publishing rhythm.
Do you deliver photos as well?
Yes, photo coverage can be done in the same session, which avoids a second visit and keeps the light consistent between the photos and the video.
